What should I tell the dispatcher?

How do I stay safe while I wait?
- Pull as far off the road as you can and turn on the hazard lights.
- On I-10 or the Mississippi River Bridge, stay buckled in unless it’s safe to get out on the side away from traffic.
- Set warning triangles behind the vehicle if you have them and it’s safe.
- If anyone is hurt, or a child or pet is locked in a hot car, call 911 first.
Louisiana expanded its Move Over law in 2026 to cover disabled vehicles showing hazard lights. Drivers should move into a lane away from a stopped vehicle when it’s safe, or slow down if they can’t. WAFB explains the change.

We put on your spare. If you don’t have a usable spare, we can tow the vehicle to a tire shop.
Do you make car keys?
No. We open car doors and trunks, but we don’t make keys.

Yes. You get a free estimate and an upfront price before we start. Extra work found on site can add to the price.
